Your profile can then be viewed by Gold members and you can be contacted by them (but not contact them yourself). To contact others, you need to purchase a Gold membership. This costs $25 to $35 per month (depending on the package you choose).

After filling out the profile form below, you will receive a confirmation email. Once you have confirmed your email address, you need to mail two items to DocDates (by regular post, not email, please): (1) a copy of your education credentials (diploma, certificate, or license) and (2) a copy of one form of your personal identification (e.g. a drivers' license, social security card, or the first page of a passport). We are sensitive to your security concerns; therefore, we invite you to blacken out or cut out the numbers from the identification forms. The documents we receive are kept in a locked file and not shared with anyone for any purpose.

The sole purpose of requesting this data is our wish to offer a high-quality dating site by confirming the identities and the credentials of our members. There is a great deal of lying on internet dating sites and we are trying to reduce the risk of this. We also encourage our members to use background-check sites such as Intelius.com and PeopleSearch.com to verify age, marital status, etc. (We are not affiliated with those sites in any way).
